How the visit works
You call and describe the symptom. If it sounds like something that can be handled on site, a time gets booked and the van arrives with the tools and the diagnostic gear. The fault gets confirmed before anything is replaced, you are told the price, and the work only starts once you agree to it.
Tools, packaging and mess leave when the van does. If you would rather the old parts went too, say so on the day and it gets sorted on site.
