Breakdowns do not keep office hours. If you are stranded outside the times above, call anyway — you will get an honest answer about what can be done tonight.
What to have ready
- Year, make and model of the vehicle
- What it is doing — noise, light, smell, or simply will not start
- When it started and whether it is getting worse
- Where the vehicle is right now, and whether it can be moved
