A code reader tells you which circuit is unhappy — it does not tell you which part failed. Every diagnosis starts with a full scan of engine, transmission, ABS and body modules, then live-data testing to prove the fault before a single part gets ordered.
What is included
- Full multi-module scan, not just a generic OBD-II code pull
- Live data and freeze-frame analysis to confirm the real fault
- Written explanation of what failed and what it will take to fix
- Diagnostic fee credited toward the repair when you book the work
How the visit works
You call and describe the symptom. If it sounds like something that can be handled on site, a time gets booked and the van arrives with the diagnostic gear and the common parts already loaded. The fault is confirmed before anything is replaced, you are told the price, and the work only starts once you agree to it.
Everything comes away afterwards — old parts, packaging, used fluids. Your driveway is left exactly as it was found.
